EcoFlow TITAN 5000 Plus + Smart Home Panel 10 (240V) review

A TITAN 5000 Plus package with the 240 V Smart Home Panel 10. It includes the panel, not the separately listed extra battery or portable solar-panel kits.

A useful fit for

A fixed home-backup plan that needs 120/240 V, a bundled Smart Home Panel 10, and a solar design capable of using the Plus model’s two-input 8,000 W ceiling.

The main tradeoff

The exact option names no expansion battery or solar panels; the Plus station remains 5,017.6 Wh and 7,200 W battery-only, and it has no USB-A or USB-C ports listed. Total panel package weight is unknown.

Does your home-backup plan need 120/240 V split phase, rather than 120/208 V?

EcoFlow lists this pairing as 120/240 V; 120/208 V panel topology is not established for this configuration.

The selected bundle is Plus plus SHP10—without an extra battery

EcoFlow's U.S. TITAN 5000 Plus page names the exact option “TITAN 5000 Plus + Smart Home Panel 10 (240V),” SKU TTP-SHP10-240, variant 55913000009801. It is separate from TTP-EB-SHP10-240, which names an extra battery, and from the two-panel solar offers. The selected option showed unavailable in the archived manufacturer page capture dated October 25, 2026; that is not a claim about stock today. The Plus station is the same fundamental battery platform in this offer, but the panel bundle changes what is supplied and the installation question.

EcoFlow lists a 5,017.6 Wh battery, 7,200 W battery-only rated AC output, 120/240 V split phase, and two 4,000 W PV inputs—8,000 W combined—on the TITAN 5000 Plus. The product page separately discusses up to 10 kW when solar and battery power are combined. That is not a 10 kW battery-only rating. This package adds the Smart Home Panel 10, whose official U.S. product page says users can select circuits, view whole-home energy monitoring, and manage energy in the app. For an outage, only the connected selected circuits are covered by that backup plan.

When the Plus pairing makes more sense than the standard TITAN

The Plus is the stronger choice if a large compatible solar array is already part of the design. Its 8 kW published solar ceiling is twice the base TITAN 5000's 4 kW ceiling. The extra input does not itself mean a 5 kWh battery will last longer at a given load; it changes the available charging path. Ask whether the array's voltage, current, wiring, sun exposure, and charge schedule make use of that ceiling. The manufacturer's page's maximum-input number is a hardware limit, not a harvest forecast.

As a package, this selection also makes sense for a home plan that requires the SHP10 to be included now instead of assembled from separate offers. Its ten-circuit statement is a maximum selection count, not ten independent high-power circuits. The 7,200 W station rating still applies, and the actual simultaneous load mix must be checked. The product page's up-to-20-ms transfer figure is a manufacturer claim for the panel-connected configuration, not an independently measured result or a guarantee that every sensitive device will ride through a changeover.

One easy-to-miss tradeoff is the Plus's direct-device complement. Its published configuration has no USB-A or USB-C outlets in the fact profile, unlike the TITAN 5000 and Classic profiles. If phones, lights, or communication gear are part of the emergency kit, include appropriate charging equipment in the plan; do not assume the panel supplies the station's missing ports. Also, this option names no expansion battery. Its capacity should be matched against a realistic load schedule, not the combined solar-and-battery marketing figure.

What the ordinary questions will change

Choosing 240 V and requiring the Home Power Panel/Smart Transfer Switch in the exact package should surface this offer alongside other compatible SHP10 bundles. Requesting 120/208 V topology should not qualify it: EcoFlow lists a 120/240 V system, while 120/208 V compatibility is not established here. A minimum solar-input requirement of 8,000 W distinguishes Plus from the standard TITAN and Classic, but requiring an 8 kW included solar array would be different—the TTP-SHP10-240 title includes a panel, not portable solar panels. The questionnaires keep those facts separate.

For weight, EcoFlow lists the Plus station body at 121.3 lb. The selected option's entire installed package weight is not documented by that figure, and SHP10 mass, packaging, and installation materials are not available in the captured source. A maximum-weight need should therefore remain unanswered rather than be treated as a pass. A stationary household setup is the sensible orientation; the station body is not a casual carry item.

Bottom line

TTP-SHP10-240 combines the Plus's high 8 kW solar-input ceiling and 120/240 V, 7.2 kW battery output with an included 10-circuit Smart Home Panel 10. It does not add stored energy, USB charging ports, portable solar panels, or a complete labor quote. The page-linked option image shows a different accessory arrangement, so the public image is only a station reference and does not depict this panel bundle. Verify the actual offer, selected circuit plan, system compatibility, and professional installation scope before buying.
