A useful fit for

['A buyer who wants one station and one 500 W SolarSaga 500 X panel in the same exact offer.', 'A stationary 120 V outage plan where solar recharge matters more than included expansion storage.', 'Someone who accepts that real solar harvest varies and wants a manufacturer-listed panel combination.']

The main tradeoff

Large and fixed-capacity 120 V station; no 240 V output or battery expansion. The package option and new/refurbished condition determine solar equipment, warranty and total kit value.

Your needs, this model

Does it fit your priorities?

Must one SolarSaga 500 X panel arrive with the 3 kWh station?

The selected SKU includes one SolarSaga 500 X panel, listed at 500 W nameplate, but no extra battery.

Is the exact bundle’s panel input rating within the HomePower limits?

The manual lists the 500 X as supported and one 500 W panel per input; current is rated 12.0 A ±5% versus the station’s 12 A per-port limit, so worst-tolerance full-nameplate headroom is not established.

Do you require 240 V from the station?

One HomePower 3000 is a 120 V-only design.

This direct-page bundle pairs one Jackery HomePower 3000 station with one SolarSaga 500 X panel. The selected U.S. variant is SKU 60-305050-US00079; the manufacturer option record identifies the station-plus-panel offer, while the box list also includes one AC charging cable. The station remains the same fixed 3,072 Wh, 3,600 W 120 V model as the standalone offer. The change is that a matching high-nameplate solar panel arrives in this package, not extra battery capacity, a transfer switch or a second station.

Useful when one 500 W panel is the intended starting point

The 500 X is specified at 500 W peak under its test conditions, with a maximum-power voltage of 41.7 V ±5% and open-circuit voltage of 48.5 V ±5%. Jackery’s HomePower 3000 documentation lists a 16–60 V DC8020 input range, up to 500 W and 12 A per port, and up to 1,000 W across both inputs. The product manual names the SolarSaga 500 X as a supported panel option. That makes this package an intelligible choice for a buyer who wants a station plus a single large folding panel in one manufacturer-selected offer, rather than having to match an unrelated panel and connector.

There is an important qualification: the SolarSaga 500 X manual rates maximum-power current at 12.0 A ±5%, while the station lists 12 A maximum per DC input. The published standard voltage is within the station range, and Jackery itself sells this combination, but the panel’s tolerance band can exceed the station’s stated current ceiling. The documents do not promise that every panel will deliver its full nameplate wattage under every rating tolerance. The solar array also cannot be treated as a guaranteed 500 W real-world harvest; sunlight angle, shading, temperature, cable routing and controller behavior affect input. Buyers with strict full-output or electrical headroom requirements should confirm the exact current-limit behavior with Jackery before relying on the panel rating.

The panel does not change what the station can power

One HomePower 3000 supplies 120 V AC only. Four ordinary receptacles have a combined 2,400 W rating; the separate TT-30 outlet is rated 120 V/30 A, and the total across all AC outputs is 3,600 W, with 7,200 W listed for surge. These figures are not five independent circuits or a 240 V supply. A compatible RV application may use the TT-30 outlet, but Jackery notes that an RV grounding adapter is required. Check the inlet, grounding and load plan against the manual. The 3,072 Wh battery is nameplate capacity, not delivered AC energy or an appliance-specific runtime estimate, and the surge rating cannot certify every motor startup.

The station has two DC8020 inputs. The named 500 X package includes one panel, not two panels and not an expansion battery. A later second compatible panel could use the other input, but it is a separate purchase and would not lift the 1,000 W station-wide solar input ceiling. The system is not expandable with extra battery packs, so solar can replenish the same fixed battery but cannot enlarge stored capacity. If your priority is more panel wattage included now, compare the separately reviewed two-SolarSaga-200W configuration; if your priority is storage, a different expandable model family is more appropriate.

Size, placement and continuity still matter

The station weighs about 59.5 lb and measures about 16.4 × 12.8 × 12 inches; the panel adds bulk and setup time, and the full package does not have a published combined carrying weight. It is not a light carry-in/carry-out camping kit. The station’s stated charge range is 0–45°C; discharge is −15–45°C, with output limited to 2,000 W between −15 and −10°C. Jackery publishes no IP rating for the station. Keep the power station dry, supported and ventilated, and follow the panel manual’s outdoor setup and cable instructions.

Do not buy it as a 0 ms UPS. Jackery documents transfer within 20 ms and cautions against servers and workstations that cannot tolerate interruption. While on AC bypass, the manual limits output to 1,440 W. A household transfer switch is not in this package and must be selected and installed for the home’s electrical system by a qualified professional. Direct-from-Jackery purchases are advertised with three years plus a two-year extension; other sales channels may have different warranty conditions. The package image is a manufacturer rendering, not a tested sample.

Choose this variant over the base station when having a single SolarSaga 500 X in the box is worth the bundle’s extra equipment and you accept the documented current-limit caveat. Choose the two-200 W package if two smaller panels better suit your storage or deployment plan, or the standalone offer if you already have compatible solar gear. The station’s fixed capacity, outlet voltage, weight, transfer behavior and electrical limits are otherwise the same.
